Can pilates fix erectile problems caused by diabetes?

Summary
This study is testing whether a Pilates exercise program can improve erectile function in men with type 2 diabetes. It will involve 60 men aged 40-60 who have had diabetes for at least a year and erectile dysfunction for at least six months. Researchers will measure blood flow to the penis and use a standard questionnaire to see if the exercises make a difference.
