Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week mat Pilates program can help healthy women aged 30-50 feel more aware of their bodies, improve their posture and flexibility, and boost life satisfaction. Thirty-eight sedentary women will either do Pilates twice a week or continue their normal routine. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires and physical tests.
