Summary

This study looked at whether clinical Pilates exercises can improve balance and walking in people who use a leg prosthesis. Thirty adults who had a leg amputation at least six months ago took part. The goal was to see if Pilates could help with common issues like poor coordination, unsteady walking, and back pain.
