Summary

This study looked at whether clinical Pilates training can improve balance and walking in people who use a lower limb prosthesis (artificial leg). 30 adults who had an amputation at least 6 months ago took part. The goal was to see if Pilates exercises, which focus on core strength and coordination, could help with common problems like poor balance and uneven walking.
