First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing Pilates for 8 weeks can improve body awareness, ankle strength, and balance in women aged 45-60 who have had a herniated disc in their lower back for at least a year. Half of the 30 participants will do Pilates exercises, while the other half will not. The goal is to see if this type of exercise helps them feel steadier and stronger in daily life.
