First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether doing Pilates exercises for 8 weeks can improve balance, ankle strength, and body awareness in women aged 45-60 who have had a slipped disc (lumbar disc herniation) for at least a year. Thirty women will take part, with half doing Pilates and the other half continuing their normal routine. The goal is to see if these gentle exercises help reduce pain and make daily movements easier.
