Summary
This study looked at whether focusing on your equipment or focusing on your own body movements during Pilates leads to better performance and faster reaction times. It involved 50 young, healthy adults who did Pilates twice a week for 8 weeks. Researchers measured their jump power and reaction speed to see which focus strategy worked better.
