Summary

This study tested how three types of Pilates equipment (reformer, cadillac, and chair) affect heart function and flexibility right after exercise in 15 sedentary women aged 40-60. Each woman tried all three machines on separate days, and researchers measured heart rate variability and flexibility before and after each session. The goal was to help instructors and clinicians choose the best equipment for individual needs.
