Summary
This study aims to understand how regular reformer Pilates exercises affect women's flexibility, muscle strength, and posture as they age. Researchers will measure 38 women aged 18-65 who already practice Pilates, using physical tests and 3D body scans. The goal is to gather detailed information about how this specific exercise method impacts the body at different life stages.
