Mind-Body workout aims to keep seniors on their feet
NCT ID NCT07119762
Summary
This study is testing whether a 20-week program combining Pilates exercises with brain-training tasks can help prevent falls in healthy adults aged 60 and older. About 110 participants will attend twice-weekly sessions focused on improving core strength, balance, and cognitive skills like memory and attention. Researchers hope this combined physical and mental training will help seniors stay steady on their feet and maintain their independence.
