Summary
This study looked at how three different Pilates techniques affect pelvic floor muscle strength and endurance in healthy women. Twenty-five women with a sedentary lifestyle took part. Researchers measured muscle function using a special device and core endurance tests. The goal was to understand which Pilates method works best for pelvic floor health.
