Summary

This study tests a surgical method to treat medication-related jaw bone damage (MRONJ) in 20 adults. Surgeons use a special tool called piezosurgery to remove damaged bone, then close the area with a double layer of tissue to help it heal. The goal is to reduce pain and improve wound healing.
