First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study compares two techniques—piezocision (a minor surgical procedure) and injectable platelet-rich fibrin (using your own blood components)—to see which speeds up canine tooth movement during orthodontic treatment. About 16 people aged 14-22 who need premolar extraction and braces will take part. The goal is to find a faster, more comfortable way to shorten overall treatment time.
