Summary
This study looks at why people who have been in the intensive care unit (ICU) do not attend their scheduled follow-up appointments. Researchers will review medical records of 2,500 patients to find patterns and reasons for missed visits. The goal is to improve attendance and make sure patients get the care they need after a serious illness.
