Summary

This study tests a herbal extract called Picroliv in 170 adults with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Participants take Picroliv or a placebo for 24 weeks, plus standard lifestyle advice. The goal is to see if Picroliv safely reduces liver fat and improves liver health. Results will show whether this natural remedy can help control a common liver condition.
