Summary

This study tests a program called PhytoRx Families that gives free fruits and vegetables to families in rural North Carolina. The goal is to see if the program helps families eat healthier, improve their health, and reduce their risk for problems like high blood pressure and diabetes. About 30 adults and children will take part.
