Summary
This study tests a program called PhytoRx Families that gives free fruits and vegetables to families in rural North Carolina. The goal is to see if it helps them eat healthier and improves their food security. About 30 adults and children aged 8-14 will take part. Researchers will measure their fruit and vegetable intake and other health markers.
