Summary
This study tested whether a special physiotherapy program that combines exercises with dry needling and nerve techniques works better than exercise alone for women with long-term shoulder pain after breast cancer treatment. 90 women took part. The goal was to reduce pain and improve daily life. Results help guide better recovery options.
