Summary

This study aimed to find the best physical therapy approach for women experiencing long-term shoulder pain after breast cancer treatment. Researchers compared three methods: a comprehensive hands-on therapy, targeted shoulder blade exercises, and general shoulder exercises. They measured which approach most effectively reduced pain and improved movement and quality of life for the 90 participants.
