Summary
This study looks at whether a structured physiotherapy program after cosmetic femoral lengthening surgery helps adults move better and recover faster. About 54 people aged 18 to 45 who have the surgery will take part. Researchers will measure their strength, walking, pain, and independence before and after the program to improve future rehab plans.
