Summary
This study tests whether a new model where physiotherapists lead primary care for hip and knee pain can improve patients' daily function and quality of life. About 728 adults with hip or knee pain will take part across multiple clinics. Researchers will measure pain, function, and well-being to see if this approach works better than usual care.
