Summary
This study tests a doctor-modified stent graft to repair complex aortic aneurysms in patients who cannot use standard FDA-approved devices. About 40 high-risk adults will receive the custom graft and be followed for five years to check safety and success. The goal is to prevent aneurysm rupture and reduce major complications like stroke or kidney failure.
