Summary
This study tested a 15-session exercise camp for children aged 5-18 with spastic cerebral palsy. The goal was to see if intensive physical therapy could improve leg movement, walking, and daily function. All 23 participants attended the camp and did home exercises afterward. Researchers measured strength, walking patterns, and brain changes using MRI. The study aimed to find out if this type of therapy helps kids move better and more easily.
