New study puts Hands-On knee therapy to the test
NCT ID NCT06954363
Summary
This study tested whether adding two specific hands-on physical therapy techniques—Muscle Energy Technique and Mulligan Mobilization—to standard physical therapy helps people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers worked with 24 adults over 40 from Peshawar who had knee pain for more than 3 months. They measured changes in hamstring flexibility, pain during daily activities, and overall knee-related quality of life.
