Summary

This study tests a new physical therapy program for children with cerebral palsy who have a crouched walking pattern. The therapy focuses on correcting pelvic tilt and strengthening the soleus muscle in the calf, which is often overlooked. Forty children aged 4 to 10 will participate, and their muscle activity and walking steps will be measured before and after treatment.
