Summary

This study tests whether a structured physical activity program can help people with head and neck cancer become less sedentary and more active over 18 months. Researchers will enroll 96 patients recently diagnosed with non-spreading cancer. Participants will either follow the program or receive standard care, and their movement levels and quality of life will be tracked.
