Summary

This study looked at 206 French medical residents to see if their physical activity levels are connected to anxiety, depression, and burnout. Participants filled out questionnaires about their exercise habits and mental health. The goal was to understand whether less active residents experience more mental health struggles, but no treatment or intervention was tested.
