Pregnancy exercise program for At-Risk moms: is it doable?
NCT ID NCT07394803
First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study explores whether a moderate physical activity program (three 60-minute sessions per week, both in-person and online) is practical for pregnant women who are socially vulnerable. About 60 women will be invited to join, and researchers will track how many accept, why some decline, and what barriers they face. The goal is to gather information to design better support for these mothers, not to test a treatment.
