First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether starting a physical activity program before and continuing it during radiotherapy can help head and neck cancer patients maintain their physical function and quality of life. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a standard care group. The goal is to see if the exercise program reduces the decline in activity and well-being often caused by cancer treatment.
