New exercise plan aims to keep frail seniors stronger and more independent
NCT ID NCT06894914
Summary
This study is comparing two different physiotherapy counseling methods to help older adults with early frailty become more physically active. It will involve 20 physiotherapists and their patients across Canada. The goal is to see if a new approach focused on balancing activity, rest, and sleep throughout the day works better than the current method that focuses on weekly exercise minutes.
