Summary
This study tests a brief motivational program to help 84 cancer survivors who are part of the World Trade Center Health Program become more physically active. Participants will wear a Fitbit to track their activity, and the goal is to increase moderate-to-vigorous exercise by 25%. The program focuses on those who have completed cancer treatment and can walk slowly, aiming to improve their quality of life.
