First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This pilot study tested whether a 12-week mobile health program could help people with mild cognitive impairment (and their caregivers) become more physically active. Sixteen participants were randomly assigned to either the program or usual care. The main goal was to see if the program was practical and safe, and to measure any increase in daily steps. Results will guide larger studies.
