NCT ID NCT07429682
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a 10-week physical activity awareness program could help inactive young adults (ages 18-25) move more and improve their fitness. Some participants also took a weekly group exercise class. The goal was to see if learning about activity habits leads to real changes in muscle strength and endurance. The study is complete and involved 216 healthy volunteers.
