Blood filtering therapy may help early skin cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a blood-filtering treatment called photopheresis can improve early-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (a type of skin cancer). About 74 adults with stage IA to IIA disease will receive the therapy, which is currently used only for advanced stages. The goal is to see if earlier use can clear skin lesions and control the disease without long-term medication.
