Summary

This study tests whether a treatment called photopheresis can improve early-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (a type of skin lymphoma). Normally used for advanced disease, researchers want to see if using it earlier helps clear skin lesions. About 74 adults with stage IA to IIA mycosis fungoides will receive the therapy and be followed for one year.
