Summary

This study explores whether shining near-infrared light on the forehead, inside the nose, and on the neck can improve memory and mood in older adults who feel their thinking is slipping. Eighty participants will use a special light device at home twice a day for five weeks. The goal is to see if this gentle, non-invasive approach can ease symptoms of subjective cognitive decline.
