Summary

This study tests if photobiomodulation (light therapy) can improve sprinting and endurance in 15 female futsal athletes aged 18-35. Participants will receive either active or placebo light treatment before exercise tests. The goal is to see if this non-invasive therapy helps them perform better and recover faster.
