Can a simple phosphate powder fix low blood phosphate in ICU patients?

Summary

This study is testing whether a phosphate supplement given as granules (by mouth or feeding tube) can safely raise low blood phosphate levels in 60 ICU patients. Participants will take the supplement daily for up to 14 days, with doses based on how low their phosphate is. The study will track how well it works and any stomach side effects.
