Summary
This study is testing whether a specific phosphate supplement in granule form can safely and effectively raise low blood phosphorus levels in hospitalized ICU patients. It will involve 60 adults who have been diagnosed with this condition. Researchers will give the supplement by mouth or feeding tube for up to two weeks, checking blood levels daily and monitoring for stomach side effects.
