Can a simple call or text keep you on track with pain relief?
NCT ID NCT07205991
Summary
This study is testing whether a personal phone call or a text message can help people with chronic low back pain use a pain management app more consistently. Participants will use an app that provides pain education and relaxation techniques. Researchers will compare if those who get a call or text complete more app sessions than those who only get standard app notifications.
