Summary
This study tested a phone counseling program called Caregiver SOS, designed to help employed caregivers manage stress and balance their work and caregiving duties. It involved 199 caregivers who were working while also caring for veterans with conditions like depression, anxiety, or PTSD. The program provided six phone sessions focused on self-management skills, aiming to improve caregivers' mental well-being and work performance.
