Can a yellow phone screen save your eyes?

NCT ID NCT07340359

Summary

This study tested whether a special yellow-light, anti-glare phone screen could reduce eye strain and dry eye symptoms caused by prolonged phone use in dim light. 70 volunteers with normal to moderate vision read on a phone for 2 hours, using either the special screen or a standard one. Researchers measured symptoms like dryness and visual fatigue before and after to see if the special screen offered more protection.
