Could a simple phone screen film save your eyes?
NCT ID NCT06992635
Summary
This study tested whether special anti-glare and polarized films applied to smartphone screens could help reduce eye strain and dry eye symptoms caused by prolonged phone use. 120 adults with normal to moderate vision used phones with different screen films while performing reading, gaming, and video tasks for 45 minutes. Researchers measured eye comfort and dryness before and after to see if the films made a difference.
