Can video calls from nurses help tame diabetes?

NCT ID NCT07366775

Summary

This study is testing a new phone-based support program for adults in Thailand who have type 2 diabetes that is not well controlled. For 12 weeks, some participants will receive education and regular check-ins from a nurse via video calls, while others will get their usual care. The main goal is to see if this remote support system is practical and can help people better manage their diabetes, improve their health, and reduce costs.
