NCT ID NCT04935606
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a mobile phone self-monitoring tool to an existing brief counseling program helps people reduce their risky drug use for a full year. It involves 600 adults from community health centers in Southern California who report moderate drug use. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the enhanced mobile program, the standard counseling program alone, or usual medical care to compare their effectiveness.
