Summary
This study is testing a 30-day program using a smartphone app and a smart scale to help Hispanic teenagers improve their health. The app tracks weight, activity, sleep, and diet, and sends daily tips to encourage healthier habits. The goal is to see if this digital tool is easy to use and helpful for preventing obesity and type 2 diabetes in this high-risk group.
