Could your phone be your physical therapist? new app aims to speed up shoulder healing

NCT ID NCT04572022

Summary

This study is testing if a mobile app with instructional exercise videos can help people recover better from a broken shoulder. 60 participants will be randomly assigned to either use the app alongside their usual care or receive only standard care. The main goal is to see if the app helps improve shoulder function and speeds up recovery by making it easier for patients to do their rehab exercises correctly at home.
