First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether PHENOGENE-1A (cromolyn) can help people with mild to moderate ALS when added to their usual care. About 105 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo twice daily for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in muscle function, breathing, and blood markers to see if the treatment slows disease progression.
