Summary
This study tests a new drug called 608 for people with active ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that causes back pain and stiffness. About 500 adults who did not get enough relief from standard pain relievers will receive either 608 or a placebo. The main goal is to see if 608 improves symptoms like pain, stiffness, and physical function.
