First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether regular meetings with a trained pharmacist can help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their blood sugar. 122 participants were split into two groups: one received standard care, and the other also got pharmacist-led education on medications, diet, and lifestyle. The goal was to see if this extra support leads to better health outcomes and fewer complications.
