Summary

This study tests whether a pharmacist can encourage patients and their doctors to switch to a single pill that combines multiple blood pressure medicines. About 720 adults with high blood pressure will take part. The goal is to see if this simpler approach helps lower blood pressure better over 3 to 6 months.
