Summary
This early-phase trial tests a special virus cocktail (phages) designed to attack a drug-resistant lung infection caused by Mycobacterium abscessus. One participant will receive the phage therapy alongside standard antibiotics. The goal is to see if the treatment can reduce bacteria in the lungs and improve breathing. This is a first step to see if the approach is safe and promising.
