First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a pharmacist's review that includes a person's genetic test results can lead to better medication outcomes and lower healthcare costs. About 600 employees from Pitt/UPMC who already had genetic testing will take part. Half will get a medication review with their genetic results, and the other half will get a review without them, with results shared a year later.
