Summary
This study aimed to understand how two different tablet versions of an experimental Pfizer drug (PF-07248144) are absorbed by the body. It involved 24 healthy adults who took single doses of a coated and an uncoated tablet. The main goal was to compare the drug levels in the blood from each version to help decide which one to use in future research.
